Returns
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- We provide a hassle-free return and exchange policy, allowing you to initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Once initiated, it typically takes 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. For your convenience, we also offer reverse pick-up services.
- We will attempt to pick up the shipment twice. If the courier service is unable to complete the pickup, you will need to ship the item back to our company address. Please note that reverse pickup availability depends on the service coverage in your area based on your pin code.
- Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
- In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address:

Refunds
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are issued for returned items that meet our return criteria.
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
- Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.
- A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, email us at support@apexandtitan.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Terms and Conditions
- The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
- Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
